What We Do

The activities and services rendered to our EWF Members.

  • Cash Credit Scheme loan of Rs.50000/- disbursed to our Employee Members and recovered under equal 25 installments. (using overdraft facility)
  • Special loan of Rs.5000/- disbursed to our Employee Members and recovered under 5 equal installments.
  • Insurance scheme for CCS loan of RS.50000/- and Special loan of Rs.5000/- in case of death of the Employee Member the balance loan amount to be waived off.
  • Merit Scholarship provided to Rank students for their academic achievements in SSLC/PUC/Degree classes (Dependent son or daughter of employee members).
  • Donation to WIPS, Scout & Guides etc., once in a financial year.
  • Distribution of Fruits and Biscuits to inpatients at HAL Hospital once in a year in the month of November.
  • Distribution of Fruits and Biscuits to disabled students of Vatsatya School once in a year in the month of November.
  • Conducting Tailoring & Embroidery classes to the dependent of HAL Employee, at
    1. Old Township (Behind HAL Kalyana Mantapa)
    2. Central Township (Quarters No. G1333/1334)
  • Conducting Exclusive Dance class at Old Township (G-06) by professional Dancers to the dependents of HAL Employees and others.
  • Providing Financial Assistance to differently abled Employee Members for purchase of Tricycle.
  • Gifts are issued to all the Employee Members of EWF once in two years.
  • Providing ‘Caps” through HAEA for its conveners and officials during Karnataka Rajyotsava Sports & Cultural activities.
  • Supplying Newspapers at canteens of all the divisions of HAL (BC/DC/HC), SC/ST Employees an Officers Association Office, DRF Office, HAL Hospital, Kendriya Kannada Sangha Library, HAL Fine Arts Society, Kannada Gataka etc.
  • Honoring the Superannuating Employee Members by providing a Gift.
  • Assistance to avail loans from Financial Institutions for the procurement of Residential Sites for the members of the EWF HAL Bangalore, one time as decided by the Managing Committee.

Further to the above services provided the Managing Committee has been discussed and taken initiative to implement some more services and it will be intimated time to time.
